1. Who we are
This website is operated by Trans Connections Inc ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using our course you agree to these Terms.
2. The product
We sell one product: the online course "English for DOT Inspections" (Russian-language instruction for CDL truck drivers), priced at $99 USD as a single payment, with lifetime access to the course content as offered at the time of purchase. The course is hosted on the LearnWorlds platform.
3. Pricing, payment and delivery
The price is $99 USD, charged once, with no subscription or recurring fees. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe and/or LearnWorlds) on a secure payment page; we do not store your card details.
The course is a digital product. There is no physical shipping. Access is granted electronically to your account on the LearnWorlds platform immediately after successful payment. If you do not receive access, contact us at net30business@gmail.com.
4. License and acceptable use
You receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the course for your own learning. You may not share your account, copy, resell, or redistribute course materials.
5. No affiliation; no guarantee
The course is an independent educational product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the FMCSA, the U.S. Department of Transportation, or any inspection authority. It is educational only and does not constitute legal advice. We do not guarantee any result in any roadside inspection.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. "Lifetime" access
"Lifetime" means for as long as the course is offered. If we discontinue the course, we will give reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the course is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. law.

3. Цена, оплата и доставка. Цена — $99 USD, один платёж, без подписки и скрытых платежей. Налоги (если применимы) показываются при оплате до списания. Платежи обрабатывают Stripe и/или LearnWorlds на защищённой странице; мы не храним данные вашей карты. Курс — цифровой товар, физической доставки нет: доступ открывается в вашем аккаунте на платформе LearnWorlds сразу после успешной оплаты. Если доступ не пришёл, напишите на net30business@gmail.com.
4. Лицензия. Вы получаете личное, непередаваемое право доступа к курсу. Запрещено передавать доступ, копировать и перепродавать материалы.
5. Без связи с DOT/FMCSA и без гарантий. Курс — независимый учебный продукт, не связан с FMCSA, DOT или инспекционными органами, не является юридической консультацией и не гарантирует результат проверки.
6. Возврат. См. Refund Policy.
7. «Навсегда». Означает, пока курс предлагается; при закрытии курса мы заранее уведомим вас.
8. Ответственность. Курс предоставляется «как есть»; наша ответственность ограничена суммой, которую вы заплатили.
9. Право. Применяется действующее право США.
